While requesting service, I requested a car vacuum but while picking up the vehicle it was not done and I needed to talk to a couple of staff to accommodate this request. It would be nice if it's taken care of as part of the service as they promised instead for additional follow-ups which had taken the additional time.

We own two Santa Fe's. My sons' received a new engine a few years ago on a recall. Why wasn't my daughter's replaced then as well? They are different years but my daughter and 13 month old grandson found themselves on a crowded expressway when the engine went out. But for the grace of God they survived. You can imagine my attitude about Hyundai. I'm thinking about hiring a lawyer to further look into this.

Upon arrival for Service the Advisor greeted me in a professional manner. They took care one of the recall and had to order apart for the transmission repair to complete the job. Hopefully I'll get the car taking care of the problem. Thanks keep up the good work

Took my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They recommended over $900 in additional services. I declined, which they accepted without undue persuasion or argument. (My son is an auto tech and works at a different dealership.) I was satisfied with their service.

I arrived early and was warmly greeted. My car was taken for service a little before my assigned time. I was kept apprised of how long to expect for the recall to be completed, and it was finished on time! I sincerely appreciated the gentleman/consultant who greeted me and kept me in the know.

Horrible all around. It took them 13 weeks to fix my car. They refused to give me a loaner. I had to contact Hyundai corporate and file a complaint. They agreed to pay for a rental after 10 weeks. I will NEVER purchase another Hyundai again. Horrible company, horrible customer service.

Waited 3 hours because they did not have a loaner to give me. As they were putting the car back together they broke a part and I had to wait another hour. This was after I was there two weeks earlier with an appointment and when I showed up they had given the part needed on my car to someone else.

3 hours to install a new battery. Requested a look-see on rack to investigate damage due to bottoming out on a speed bump. Requested Glenview Genesis to assess the damage and recommend a solution for a future appointment. No assessment of underbody panels made. They are ripped and torn in many places. Dealership seems to not care about the car at all.

Very friendly, professional service. Prices for routine jobs like oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, wiper replacements, etc. are a little higher than most independent shops, but lower than many other new-car dealers.

Oil change done at the appointed time and completed without delay. Nice waiting room. Napleton does not provide loaner cars unless the car to be serviced was purchased there. But quick work made a loaner car unnecessary.
