They had the vehicle posted on the website when it wasnt for sale. I was ready to trade in and sign for that truck and apparently someone had them find the vehicle specifically for them. Doesnt make sense why they would even need to post it to the public at that point. The dealer was very easy to work with despite the posting inconvenience.

They could not find the key for the vehicle. I had made an appointment the day before and when I got there the salesman did not have the key. Everyone was casually looking around for the key for 25 minutes and it was not found while we were there. No apology and no follow up call to let me know the key was found. Apparently they did not want to sell this car very badly.

This is by far the worst dealership to work with. I put a down payment down on a car, then took the day off work and drove across Michigan, just to be told when I walked in that the car I put the deposit down on, had been sold. So be advised!!! They do this often just to get people to their dealership. Marti Alex I is a mouth salesman to, she had no compassion on the waste of time or money to the dealership, she said "well it's gone and it is what it is" that's not what you want to hear after spending days rearranging your schedule and arranging a ride across the state. So please do your research before going, the owner was of no help either, just telling me he had other cars coming in the following week.
