The car I was interested in was already sold. I was told the girl I was dealing with didn't work there. I would never buy a car from this dealership because of poor reviews. Also, they are known for bait & switch issues. Not trustworthy at all.

The vehicle we inquired about was NOT as represented in the internet ads! It had several things wrong with it and appeared to be very over-priced. Since we test drove that vehicle, we have heard several negative comments about MotorMax and are glad we did not purchase from them.

This dealership was an awful experience. I drove an hour and 20 minutes one way to look at a car and they couldn't even bother to put air in the tires to get the tpms dashboard light off. I asked if there were any issues with the Escape before I drove all the way up there and was assured everything was good. I got there and it needed tires, and both rear wheel bearings need to be replaced badly. Then I was told the price was non negotiable after I was told we could discuss the price when I got there. The hum of the car was so loud I couldn't even hear my wife talk to me in the passenger seat because of the wheel bearings. Rob told me he would take the car for a ride and make sure everything was good and call me before we drove all the way up there. He never called me back and was gone by the time we got to the dealership. George was rude and not helpful at all. He told me he knew nothing about the vehicle when I asked if they did any work to it when they got it in. Overall a very disappointing experience. I'd steer clear of this dealership. They are not upfront or helpful at all.

I dont write reviews. But for this i have to. The whole experience was long and drawn out due to their inability to be transparent and consistent in their claims. Their so called "certificate of inspection " stating that all major components are in good working order was a farce. We had to argue out the issues, (under cradle rotted through with rust) ABS light on, multiple other issues. their mechanic admitting its only him and he misses things. They did resolve that, which was $1300, that I would have had to pay for had i not brought the car to a shop 10 hours after buying it, and seeing a host of issues. Still an issue with the ABS, but at this point, i cant trust them. Its shame that people arent up front, and try wiggle away from responsibility with such excuses i was give such as "i was on medical leave, oh its a used car, the part is only $90, i always tell my customers to take the car home first" Trust and integrity is more important than ever nowadays, and unfortunately this company failed to do so.
