First time using this dealership. They were very nice. I finished another appt elsewhere and showed up an hour early at Suburu! They werent sure if they could get me in early but they did!!! A recall, oil change and tire rotation all done. We will use them again.

Downgraded due to service tech not properly recording what I needed to be done. Wanted tires rotated and balanced. When they first tried to return the vehicle, they had only rotated them. They had to bring the vehicle back into the bay and pull the tires to balance them. This caused an additional 30 minutes delay in getting the vehicle back.

People were courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, there was a 6 inch multi- scratch on my back bumper that was caused while being in the shop and nobody making me aware of it until I noticed it at home. I called the service department and let them know what happened. I brought it in where they attempted to fix it, but the scratch is still there.

Great Dealer - REALLY helped us out of a problem, on a Road Trip from Florida. We had a stone crack the windshield (thanks Walmart truck). Tommy Youngblood the Service Manager helped us deal with our insurance company, reserved an OEM windshield for us, and arranged to have it fitted and then calibrated. We tried another two Subaru dealers and they couldn't arrange anything like this level of service. We're not local to them - otherwise we'd only take our Outback there...
