Online appointment system at mysubaru dot com which was rolled out 2-3 years ago still does not work. Allowed me to see availability and make an appointment that did not match availability at the service center. They received no notification of my appointment, despite the email confirmation I received with their service managers signature and contact info at the bottom.I was promised a loaner vehicle when I made an appointment in person, but was only given a shuttle on the day of service.More
