NICE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH REGARDING MY VEHICLE. SERVICE TECH DIDN'T CHECK BALANCE ON 1 TIRE--HAD TO RETURN FOR ADJUSTMENT. OVERALL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN EFFICIENT. SALES PERSON CRAIG CHRISTENSEN IS AWESOME TO DEAL WITH PURCHASING A NEW FORESTER. LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEW VEHICLE.

I purchased the $800 Simonize package when I purchased my Outback at Mitchell Subaru. I recently had it serviced and they didn't even vacuum the interior, let alone get the stains out of the seats. Very disappointed with the service department doing the bare minimum and being okay with that. In the past, Mitchell and the service dwpartment team has always gone above and beyond, NOT THIS TIME

It's always a great experience here! A warning light came on in my car last Saturday, so we stopped by the same day and they immediately knew what was wrong. It ended up being a recall, and they got me into a rental right away..no hassle at all. Super friendly staff and always easy to work with. Definitely recommend!
