I dropped off my car in the morning before work, expecting it to be finished when I was off. They hadnt even started it yet when I got there. They should have called me and told me it would be late. I was the last car they completed, even though I was likely the first car they received. It was just an oil change, come on guys. Ill use another (further from home and work) Ford dealership moving forward.

I went in to have my oil changed and the battery checked since my control panel was acting funky (it has done that in the past just prior to the battery giving up.) The oil change was fine and they told me the battery was in great shape. Within a week the battery was deader than dead. When I got it replaced the technician said there was obvious signs of acid leaking. So it makes me think that the guys at Mission Valley just relied on a computer to assess it rather than checking it visually.

Did not receive any updates for weeks while my work truck was down costing thousands in lost work. Denied any issues which I had to prove wrong with evidence. Was not taken seriously about my work history as a certified Ford Technician even after I offered to tell them my Ford Technician identification number and associated credentials and continued to dismiss me about information I was providing about the issue despite explaining Fords diagnostic and customer interaction processes as listed in training courses only accessible to Ford employees. When picking up my truck due to their lack of communication and respect, could hear the service manager working on august 11 2025 make rude remarks about me to a coworker
