My diagnostic fee was also waived, I'm assuming due to the amt of money I will be spending upon my return, after my diagnosed issues are repaired!! Very good service techs. They take care of me, that's why I always bring my Durango R/T back to this dealership instead of an auto repair shop!!

Oil leaked from truck a few hours after oil change. Took the truck back the next morning ( Saturday) . Took them 4 hours to fix and clean up. Someone did not put the ring on the filter correctly. I have oil spots all in my drive way and garage that needs cleaning. I have yet to get a call back form manager.

I had my Jeep up there 2 different times. First time they did nothing. Second time they kept it for 4 days. The horn kept blowing final burned itself out and run battery down. They put new horn on charged me$345. plus warranty said it was fixed. Got home with jeep and 5 days later it started all over again. Called them they told me to bring it back10 days later. I would rate Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep a -0-.

Great service! Used the express lane, without an appointment, for an oil change and tire rotation. Had me out in about an hour. I find them surpringly well priced. Oil changes at Miracle CDJ are actually less expensive than at the local "quick-lube" joint. Plus, they run the Ram diagnostics and act on any warranty or factory service advisories.

They did not fix the issue and car still shakes because of a bent rim that was like that when I purchased the car and no one fixed it even after noting it on the service day. Also Rear bumper not fastened properly to car causing the noise i took the care in for to begin with. Rental car was not ready and they loaned me a dirty car while mine was being fixed. Not happy with this service.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, a tire repair/replace, and to see why the engine wasnt starting correctly. I gave you guys a week and you never touched it. No oil change. No tire. No nothing. Ive been coming to you guys since I bought the car, but the last year or two have been kinda silly with four hour oil changes.
