I was very surprised at the response by this dealership. They contacted me and were very pleasant. They set up a test drive appointment and when I arrived they had the vehicle outside ready for me already warm as it was freezing outside. They stuck to their price they quoted me and were able to get me a better interest rate then my credit union. I recommend this dealership for any car purchases in the future.

They told me that they gave great low prices so the broken items in the 2012 Nissen Versa should be accepted by me. The Salesman suggested that I pay to fix the car after I buy it. Example: I put my CD in the player to see if it works and it ate it. That was the end of my looking at their cars.

My experience at this little Dealer was the most terrible I've ever had in my life. I do not recommend anyone to go to this Dealer because they are not honest and much less professional.I had to give one star to be able to tell my experience, but this Dealer doesn't even deserve that.

The first salesman was helpful, he gave us the keys and let us look over the car. When we wanted to test drive the car, we Informed by the manager that you can't test drive the car without a deal in place. I never heard anything so stupid . We were the only people there besides the employees. I wouldn't buy a car from them or recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has placed many restrictions on our normal sales practices. In order to keep our customers and employees safe we have had to modify the test-driving process for customers. As the numbers of COVID-19 cases have risen especially in our area we have had to increase the precautions implemented to decrease the possible spread in of the virus. As the virus numbers change, we must change out protocols as well to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff. Each of our cars are sent out to be cleaned following each time the vehicle is test driven and then left untouched to ensure the vehicle remains sanitized for the next customer. In order for us to best ensure these practices it is essential that the test-drives remain appointment based for the time being. I had a great experience with Milan Motors!! I was looking for VW New Beetles from 2010 on and found a 2013 on CarFax at Milan Motors. I sent a message via CarFax to check availability and received a very quick reply that it was available. Gabriel was the associate I worked with, and he was great communicating with me, answering all my questions, getting pre-approval and everything else so after the test drive and reviewing the paperwork I was able to drive my new car off the lot. Bought my car there out of necessity and time, the vehicle was not ready at all when they sold it to me, it was not detailed like they said it would be, and the lights were not working. Once I brought it up to their attention they took the car to the mechanic to get it fixed and told me it would be detailed as well. After my car was with them for another week after purchasing they still didn't deliver what was promised. furthermore, I personally had to pick up the vehicle from the mechanic. Very poor customer service, and professionalism.
