I was seen at my appointment on time. Service was completed on a timely basis. The only issue was that I inquired about the my LoJack inspection and my service rep did not seem to know anything about LoJack nor did he volunteer to check into it. This was disappointing. The accommodations for customers awaiting car service are excellent.

The service was terrific! One issue was added charge of "garage service fee" charged because the service was turned over to Insurance. Which I eventually had to pay for. Convoluted and unnecessary. Not pleased about this. Also, if using a credit card, you will be charged an additional transaction fee. Are more Service Departments doing this now?

Our service person, Mr. Duke Woodard, was professional and knowledgeable. He communicated with us, keeping us informed of the service process and progress. It is a pleasure to work with him, and he represents the excellence of Mike Calvert Toyota. The service technician (whose name I do not know, unfortunately) did an excellent job videoing our car and showing, and explaining, areas of concern.

I made an appointment. I sat in my car for 30 minutes waiting to be assisted. The service I made an appointment for the tech came back with something different. Then when he got the service right I was requesting the tech came back with a denial for service and I need to purchase 2 tire costing $400+. NO THANK YOU MIKE CALVERT

The 20K service itself was fine but I resent the credit card surcharge that Mike Calvert has added as well as no longer providing a car wash. Also, the soft drink machine in the waiting area has been out of service the past three times I've been at Mike Calvert.

I got new brakes put on. A week later my brakes stop working while I was driving on the interstate. Very scary feeling. It was so hard to get in contact with Toyota for help until hours later.
