First Brad was very help. Brad is a great service employee. However the extreme uncharted on air filter replacements is ridiculous. My engine and cabin filters cost $40 total at O'Reilly and I put them in for free. There is definitely a lower end charge than $95. Especially given you pulled them to check them during my oil change.

The service people were very nice and informative. The a/c condenser came in in just a few days and my car was ready. The mechanic did forget to reattach my lights on the front so I had to wait an extra day to get my car as I got there after work and the service center was closed, but I was given a rental for the trouble so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Employees were very nice and efficient. However, there is a defect on my vehicle with the AEB. My car will stop while I am driving and will brake when nothing is in front of my vehicle. Very dangerous. They could not detect the problem using the computer, so they will not replace the defective part/system.
