The service was as expected, basic oil change and inspection of the vehicle, all conducted within the promised time. While waiting I received multiple interim reports on the progress of the service which was annoying after the second text. Less of these would suffice.

Always a pleasure!! Everything was explained to me so I clearly understand what was needed to fix my vehicle. Mice nested in the vehicle and destroyed my cabin filter. Those little creatures are not nice! Problem fixed and she is running great again!

I went in for an oil change. A few days later went back had to replace water pump. A couple days after, I had to rush the car back to the dealership. My driveway had huge stains oil/water. Dealership verified error. The clamp was not tied correctly therefore the hose became loose. It was spraying everywhere.
