Dealer performed recall for backup camera software update. Scheduled service 3 weeks in advance, but dealer did not have software update on hand at time of service. Waited 6 hours for recall service I was told would take 1 hour with no explanation except Software was being downloaded. Were totally unprepared to perform work despite scheduling in advance. Poor communication, no updates provided. Do not recommend for any type of service.

Other then the insane $150 Diagnostic I get charged every time I go there it was ok
Note this is in addition to any work and not credited back to repairs.
I am looking for a real mechanic that gets the diagnostic right the first time and does not charge multiple diagnostics for the same problem.

Not the nicest people I've ever dealt with. Was told it would be quick, waited 4 hours, no answer after a call, then told it would take an hour, ended up going in after 2 hours and it was there waiting. Perhaps they are very busy, maybe they need more receptionists to work the phones ? Pricey fix but the issue was completed and so far so good!

I give 3 stars because when I got in the car after the oil change, there was grease wiped all over the outside of my passenger rear door. Also the water seal on my rain tray was hanging down on the engine. It would have been nice for them to put that back on for me, but I guess they just do a quick oil change and not look at anything else.
