This is always a first-class experience. The service writer explained everything in advance and I relaxed in the waiting lounge, which has coffee and some lite treats. There's WiFi, so I got some work done. The A service took about 2.5 hours and I received a full review of all possible work that needed to be done in the future.

I always have a good experience at Fletcher Jones.
Their staff is friendly, and I don't have to wait for service.
They give me a full report of what is needed and before performing service which allows me to determine what I want done.
They also provide rideshare service if you don't want to wait.

Not so great. They overfill the engine oil and it didnt look fresh . Looked like they added or mixed to old one.
Also MB of Chicago service is ridiculously expensive. Other dealers charge a lot less.

The Mercedes team is very professional! They will do anything to make the process as easy as possible. Even making several phon calls to me and my parents when the car couldnt be found because the tow truck just dropped it off in their lot and didnt tell anyone that it had been delivered. They checked their lot until they found it!

I know Jawad Sayal from Audi, and I was thrilled to work with him to service my Mercedes. Jawad and his tech took their time to address a leak Id struggled with and Jawad is always looking for ways to save me money while maintaining my car. I wouldnt trust anyone else. My only knock against FJ is that they should have nicer loaners.

Lynn and her team was wonderful.
I originally took my car to be serviced at another dealer and that dealer could not find out what was wrong with the car. So I had to car towed to Mercedes-Benz. The technicals diagnosed the car and had it fixed within two days. They were efficient and even gave me a discount on the bill. I will be returning in the future should anything else go wrong with the car

All replaced next day by Mercedes under my Tire & Wheel program, and the car was washed.
Just paid a $50.00 Admin Fee.
Happy camper! Tire & Wheel Insurance was a great buy! - so far have had SEVEN tires replaced, two, then one, the another one, AND now three, - all with a $50.00 fee on each occasion.

I was very pleased with my EXPRESS service experience. It took them a long time (about three hours) to mount and balance my summer tires. However, I greatly appreciated the inspection video, email/text proposal, and the lack of pushy sales tactics. Fletcher Jones is my favorite Mercedes dealership. Ive been coming to them since I was an 11 year old kid and they were still on Clark Street.

I had set up an appointment to purchase a car after talking with them. Weather had slowed the process down. So, we sat the appointment . 30 minutes later I got a call saying that they had just sold the car and offered me something I was not interested in.
Oddly, they continued to advertise the car through carfax.
