The internet rep was amazing as she knew a lot about the car we wanted and helped. The folks in the dealership were not as knowledgeable and seemed to be unsure as to how to handle our purchase, e.g. license in a different state, addressing two recalls on vehicle, not having front plate bracket, etc.

We greeted upon arrival and a loaner was provided as promised. Service of our vehicle was completed within the time frame promised and everything we asked for was accomplished. This was just a revisit to apply protective coating on both exterior and interior.

They are absolutely the worst BUYER BEWARE!! I contacted them on December 30th talk to Sarah three times on that day with an interest of buying the Corvette. The third conversation I had with her she told me she would give me an extra $1,000 off if I could get there on that day. It was 3:40 in the afternoon and I live five and a half hours away I could not possibly get there before they close so I made an appointment to look at the car on January 2nd since they were going to be closed on the 31st of December and the 1st of January. I had a 3:00 to 4:00 appointment in the afternoon with Sarah to look at the car and sign the papers. I contacted a transport service had that lined up to pick up the car on January 2nd. I had a cashier's check made out to the dealership to purchase the car everything was set December 30th before they closed the sales manager sold the car to someone else. Sarah did not contact me to let me know they sold the car. I almost drove all the way there but I wanted to contact the dealership first to make sure everything was in place. I called Sarah's extension she did not show up to work I could have drove all the way down there just to find out the car had already been sold. Totally disappointing very very bad business practice. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT go there in search of a car

We had the WORST experience at this dealership! We will not patron this dealership ever again. We got such a run around. The online manager was clueless, told us the dealership closes at 8pm, we got there at 6:00p and found out that they were closing early due to low traffic. The car that we wanted to test drive was there on the lot and the sales person said that since they were closing he couldn't get the keys to show us. It didn't seem like their customers were high priority at all. So we made that 50 minutes trip for nothing! We couldn't get a callback the next day to see the car. waited and emailed the dealership another day and we made an appointment to test drive at 5:30p that day. Did the 50-minutes drive 1-way to get to this dealership. when we got there, they told us that the person emailing us did not make an appointment for us and that the car was already SOLD!!! That was a total waste of our time making that trip twice to be treated that we weren't important enough for them to stay open a bit longer to test drive a car and then another time to come all that way to be told that the car was already sold. Unacceptable and unprofessional behaviors by everyone involved!!!

I had to ask them to take the car for another test drive as there was serious rattling from the front wheels. They took care of that after I told them some thing was wrong. They did not do the minor buff work like they said they would to remove the minor swirls prior to applying the outer protective coat to the car- which was also not done. I spoke to them and have to go back to have this done. Such a shame, I had a great experience working with Octabio so far, until I picked up the car.
