I wouldn't recommend this shop for repairs. Short of mechanics and they will hold your car all day then tell you to make another appointment because the mechanic that worked on your vehicle the week before didn't show up for work. How about using the mechanic that showed up!!!

The staff in the Service Department are liars. I'll never go back there again. I had rear stop bumps installed on my 2008 SRT8 6.1L Jeep Grand Cherokee and the right rear bump stop was not installed correctly. There's more to this story but I can't explain it all here, not enough space. To those who want work done to your vehicle, take your vehicle to Greenville, you may get better service and honest service Department staff.

I had to bring my vehicle back after the repairs were done because my temperature gage was running on the Hot side,and this wasn't normal...they told me that air got in the line when they did the repair I wasn't happy at all,but they fixed the issue and it's running fine now.

I had a coupon I wanted to use but didnt print it out and they helped me print it out so I could use it. Ive used this location but it was under a different name and management. The service department worked diligently to locate oil leaks that appears to have been due to a defective PCV valve that caused pressure to build up in engine causing valve cover gaskets and oil pan gasket to leak. Replaced PCV valve and gaskets no more leaks. This was not an easy problem to diagnose. Thanks to the technicians at Matthew Sessions.

Expressly told them not to put Armor All type goo on my vehicle leather interior (sensitivity). They coated it in the stuff. Got almost home and noticed my hands were itching. Had to put on gloves, N95 and jumpsuit to scrub the interior down to get it off. That when I noticed that under the seats wasn't vacuumed and neither was the floor underneath the rear mats. Not usual guy there that cleans it but I expect better.

Poor customer service. Been 2 weeks. Spent 918.10 on service Chrysler said was covered 100%. Still not got my money back. Dealer said basically not there problem. Got to deal with Chrysler home office. I think this is BS especially considering how many vehicles I have bought from this dealership over the years. Still no money back.

Terrible! I'll never take my Jeep back there again. My Jeep was there for 3 months just for front Stuts and a alternator, unbelievable. They don't even deserve that one star I gave them. I don't recommend anyone to take their vehicle here for any repairs.
