I came to get an oil change for my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado, as soon as l walked inside the service dept, I was greeted by a representative, he was very professional & he tool my keys to start the process & after they were done, he explained all that they service along with my oil change & suggested after 60k miles to change out the coolant fluid & to add new coolant fluid.

Horrible place. Didn't even make it to my first oil change and the transmission went out and the warranty people would refuse to fix the transmission the van sat at Matt Bowers for one month and would refuse to fix the transmission. Would never buy a vehicle from them again. Please please listen to me and go somewhere else

Vehicle was clean and how I expected it should be. Oil change was completed, I guess. I didn't watch. But after a safety inspection, if say, you had burnt out lights, maybe they should inform you of that. Also, air filter was dry rotted, looked like it was never changed, and the rear wiper washer thing didn't work. Had to reconnect the feed tube under the hood.

We went to eat breakfast a few blocks away. With in the hour Nick I believe the service man name was called to say my car was ready. Brought in my car for a simple oil change. 4 hours later, my car was still sitting in the same spot. When I asked about it, they told me the car was in the back being serviced and it would be ready shortly. Was not happy with whole experience, charged for services I did not ask to do, No follow up from management to try and rectify. I expressed how important having a vehical was to me being in sales. Had my vevical for 7 days was not looked at for 5 and then once approved did not have part so I had to bring back for service. The one bright spot was they did get it done in one day. But Im not sure the issue is fixed.
