Mastria Subaru continues to provide top notch service. They were very accommodating in scheduling a 48k service for my 2019 Forester. I received a video of my cars inspection outlining the service performed and any issues found. You can then approve any additional services you want performed through an online checklist. I will continue to bring both Subarus to Mastria as their customer service is excellent.

I use Mastria Subaru for my car maintenance as they are trustworthy This time the Technician left 3 of the 4 tire lug nuts only hand tight. The 3 tires Wheel locks were almost all the way off the threads . I found this our after driving home and had wheel noise coming from the Drivers side front tires. I notified Mastria Service advisor of this and he was going to speak with the person who did the work.

Warranty service was quick and looked to be done correctly and since it was passenger side airbag replacement dash was disassembled and dash looked good after completion. My only complaint was both seats and dash were left with grease on them. That just shows that, in the days of covid 19, they didnt clean or disinfect after working in vehicle.

Overpriced and recommended $2000 of maintenance on top of a fully paid level d service coupon(500-600$ service). They also cashed in 2 service coupons from my SAS maintenance plan on my last visit there. I ended up getting the service for less at Clay Subaru and paid way less.

I bought a prepaid maintenance plan when I bought the car from a Subaru dealer. At my last checkup at Mastria in Taunton, MA, they told me I had one more prepaid visit left, the 45,000 checkup. But when I brought the car in, they told me there were no prepaid visits left, and I wound up paying close to $300 for the tuneup. I could have gone home, but I had already booked the morning and made the 30 minute trip.
