Service was very good. Battery was replaced, but the clock and radio were not reset. Great tire special - replaced 4 tires for the cost of 3. Minor problem - the service invoice was incorrect but they fixed it on the spot. Would recommend Massey Toyota for good service.

Service department did a VERY thorough job with updating everything that needed to be done. Between the fuel injection, filters replacement, lifetime battery replacement, spark plug replacement, transmission fluid and brake fluid replacement and flushes, four-wheel alignment, and the standard oil replacement and tire balancing and rotation, my car was updated for a while to come, until I trade it in in 2024!

I scheduled an appt for 1pm to get the oil changed and arrived at 12:30. When I FINALLY left at 2:35pm, my oil was changed but they also rotated my tires which they did NOT ask me if I wanted that done! Not good customer service, just a way to make more money!!

All maintenance appears to have been accomplished correctly with the exception of a sweaky drive belt. The web site that was supposed to keep me updated did not work or was not used by Massey personnel. Also, was not notified when car was ready for pickup. Have been a customer for over 20 years. I have enjoyed my relationship with the Massey staff and hope to continue a good working relationship.

Trying to figure out when I went to another Toyota Dealer and they put synthetic oil, I didn't need another oil change for 10,000 miles but this Dealer has me needing another one at 5,000 miles. What's the difference? I think Massey wants money and the other one is for the customer
