The service center was able to fit me in first thing the next day ~ was VERY helpful that I was able to call and get a real person to help me and not get AI when I called!! Tammy, my service advisor made sure my car was completed that day - she had great communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Massey Cadillac North's service center!

I am not the standard customer to Massey Cadillac North. I own a 2015 Volt that I've been taking to Massey since around covid so around 2019. I have been going there initially because they employed one of the best Voltec (Volt and ELR) techs around. Lawrence U. however has moved. But I'm still in good hands at Massey as they have well trained and knowledgeable techs and service advisors.

In pass I didn't have the best experience due to service department wasn't thorough. Example every time I would get some work done the car had another issue due to associated part not put back in place correctly. However, this time Massey north definitely went above and beyond Aalyha and Tammy my service advisors made sure everything was on the up and up.

Our dashboard lights go out nice in a while it then hours later yeah work. They could not solve the problem with the diagnostic test. Guess we have to go back when they are out and hope they can see the problem.
