My dead battery problem was partly my fault and partly Ford's. The new battery they installed a few weeks ago turned out to be defective. But my GPS was plugged into a 12v outlet that I thought went off with the ignition. Apparently not. And since the old GPS's battery was dead, it kept trying to charge 24/7. Maplecrest replaced the battery at no cost to me and the car is now working fine.

Maplecrest Ford still treats their customers like family. Everything explained up front, fair prices, no BS. The family dealership I purchased my vehicle from was purchased by a conglomerate and the performance went down. I switched to Maplecrest and wont look back.

They took too long to make a simple repair and overcharged me as well. The list price for the part was $60, but they charged $275 because "they had to diagnose the problem". Furthermore, they outright lied to me about changing the position of the driver's seat (I have back pain and removed the fuse so the electric seat can't be moved) insisting that no one installed the fuse. I have had it with this dealer and will not return.

My experience has been wonderful with Maplecrest Ford. We dealt with a fine salesman when we bought or Transit Connect XL Passenger Van in 2016. We love the van. When we use the service dept for routine car checks ,Mike is wonderful and the service dept. is great to deal with. We travel a bit to get there, but it is certainly worth the effort.

They are so professional. I have been to Family Ford and Smith Motors. They cant beat this outfit. They even send you a text while youre waiting to ask if you have any questions. They treat women and men equally with respect. You really feel like a valued customer at Maple rest.
