Hence an oil change and tire rotation turned into a $700 visit for a car on the last year of its lease. Plus the representative was unavailable during our 2 hour wait.

Service dept is horrible! The dispatcher is very rude and rough around the edges, this man should not be dealing with public on any level. The service manager simply LIES! Even after given a second opportunity to have me as a satisfied customer he failed to be truthful. I will never return and urge anyone needing GMC service go elsewhere please.

It took 1.5 hours for a $21 inspection to be done. This vehicle was brought in a few weeks before for an oil change and tire rotation that took about the same amount of time. Not sure why this service department is always so delayed and the waiting time is always so incredibly long.

My Magride suspension on my Yukon Denali has a definite problem. They say it's fine. BTW extended warranty is up in 3 weeks. Usually they are fine this time I'm unhappy. They even charged me $80 for doing nothing. I swear this $75k vehicle is unsafe to drive

When I picked up my car after it was repaired Ryan , the Mangino Service Tech, asked if he could call United Car care on my behalf to determine if the car repair was covered. It was. Ryan saved me a great deal of money. I am so thankful Ryan took the initiative to call United Car care. He is to be commended. He is the kind of Service Tech I hope to deal with in the future.
