Luther Honda employees are always so nice and do their best to provide quick service. They are knowledgeable and go over all the aspects of your service with you. The building itself is clean and they have nice amenities if you choose to wait there for your service to complete. My vehicle was well taken care of and I would highly recommend them for both servicing your vehicle and sales.

The service is always slow. They didn't check the brake pads. They said the rear wheels needed alignment but didn't have data to back it up. I don't know how they determined that. It appears they did not fill the window washer fluid.

The services to maintain the warranty is quite expensive. It would possibly be cheaper to forgo the extended warranty and just pay for repairs as needed. Dealership garages tend to be higher priced than most standard garages that do the same types of maintenance, and this Honda dealer verified that!
