Excellent personnel and service department. The new Express Oil Change and Tire Rotation service area was a nice surprise. First time there and it was faster and more efficient service than ever before. Courteous and informative GM Express Service Advisor, Ryan Marin, did an excellent job with the services I requested. Completed a mfgr recall on my Cadillac SRX and delivered the car back to MY driveway (25 miles away). The only thing I was not happy about was they had to keep my car overnight. But they did a great job at no cost to me and as I mentioned, they even brought the car back to my home as part of their service.

He did an excellent job on my service claim and kept me consistently informed of the progress on the job. At the end of the day, he and the service department were courteous and most helpful at all times. Enjoyed the experience.

Very satisfied with my experience at Fruia Service dept. Hector explained very good the issue with my truck after check engine light turned on. He went above and beyond to get me the best price to later end up being able to get it under warranty. Definitely going back when needed.

Fantastic service! I was 8 hours from home when my check engine light came on. They got me right in and even took me to grab lunch while I waited. Fair price for the added on oil change. Terrible, they kept my truck for 2 months and did not fix the problem. Services manager tried to convince me that the break pedal is supposed to travel all the way to the floor. Stating that as long as it didn't touch the floor it was good. I had to be calling them. I never got a call back.

The service guy that I had would not call when he said he was going to call, multiple times. I had to contact the service manager to get any answers concerning my vehicle. I have had great service here before but the customer service involved with this visit was very poor.

Fruia took care of some minor repairs for my Corvette and as always they were helpful, friendly, professional and completed the repairs quickly. Even though Fruia is a Cadillac/GMC dealer, I take my Corvette there instead of Tipotex, the Chevy, dealer because I was not satisfied with the work and treatment with the service at Tipotex.

It took 1 hour and 30mins. Never took over an hour at Victory in Victoria TX. Had to replace the air filter (did not see) the Air Conditioner filter (never have I had to replace) and did some sort of Fuel System injector cleaner and I never done this before. Total bill was over $300

The service advisors were more interested in eating free sweet bread than taking care of the customers and the so called 24 point inspection I was supposed to get for my truck was not done correctly...but on the paper it shows it was done...That's not right and very unsafe for the customer if the issues were mechanical...THEY ALL FAILED AS A TEAM.

The service advisors are not attentive to customers needs. When you arrive to first get service you are truly ignored by service advisors. It seems like you are bothering them and fail to listen to your needs. The customer has to do the follow up calls to see if your car is ready. You leave messages for them and they wont return your phone calls. The latest service advisor was Martin Marin who Im referencing in above comments.

Great experience. Will definitely go there again. Customer service and customer care are priority. Took us to where we needed while we waited on service for the car! Great experience. Needed to replace broken wire on the transmission sensor causing transmission to shift in and out of gear.

Had great services there before with other vehicles. Too bad my recent experience was not great at all when my cars issue was not resolved in over a month and 4 visits. They were fast to charge over $2,000 for something supposedly fixed. Ended up trading my car at another dealership since even sales department didnt want to work with me.

Tipotex CHEVROLET had told me they needed to replace the entire glove box, would get a price and let me know how much. After two weeks they never called. Took car to Fruia Motors, they ordered only the latch and repaired the glove box within a few hours of receiving the latch. Excellent service and care for a customer. I am done with Tipotex Chevrolet even though I drive a Corvette.

We had the car serviced due the AC going out. When we got it back the front AC was cooling but we failed to realize the back AC was not working, the Drivers Information Center HS not been connected properly and the wipers did not spray at all. We didn't know this until we were 4 hours away from home. When we got back they fixed all issues but my wipers still do not spray. Frustrated
