Always get excellent service from Lovering Volvo of Nashua. The service advisors are very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. The repair work is always top notch and the prices are reasonable. The only people I that I totally trust to work on my 2015 XC70, which is in great condition and the favorite car I've ever owned.

Been there twice never washed Maybe you have to pay extra?? They found my rear taillight had condensation No explanation wht just wanted ?718 to replace it Same happened two months before to the right side and they said there was a crack in the lens which wasnt true basically another stealership visit Hope to never go back there!!!

I had my V60 in for a scheduled maintenance and new tires. Tyler had everything ready when we got there, all we had to do was drop off the key. The car was ready when promised and looked great. I love that they clean it inside and out! Im always impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. Lovering is my go to for all things Volvo!

I think the car service was fine, but the service desk person never had his mask on until customers approached the desk, and even then, often not over his nose. Masks are to protect your co-workers, too, and if the establishment has a masking policy, which it does, non-compliance is a very bad look. It speaks to a poor attitude. I'll think twice before returning to this Lovering Volvo dealership.

Tires rotated but the vehicle wasn't road tested after and had a very noticable vibration and noise when driven. We had to return it to Lovering and they balanced the tires to fix the issue. This was the 2nd time we've had to return the car after work was performed to have it fixed again.
