Had an oil/filter change. Kyle was the guy who got my car checked in and also when I picked my car up. He was friendly, smiled and easy to speak with. I very much appreciated Kyle running my car through the wash then bringing it around to me! Great customer service!

Service was fast and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. Over $700.00 for oil change and coolant flush seems a little excessive but I will say they did give me the cost before I agreed to the service.

Constantly up selling and won't correct the problem on new parts they installed. My new brakes squeak horribly and they say it's just the new brakes and they will continue to squeak but they function properly. I want brakes that function properly and perform consistently quiet like their peers.

Service department employees were rude and had a very uncaring attitude. Was not informed as to the price of an oil change and tire rotation until the work was finished . The pricing was almost double what I pay at other dealerships and would not honor a competing dealerships everyday price . Nor did they even give me the coupon they had for an oil change . I will never b back to that dealership and I build the very vehicles they sell .
