So far so good. Everything went smooth and purchased the vehicle same day and there was a small problem which they scheduled an appointment with the Chevy Dealership to have it repaired. Just waiting to hear when to take it to get repaired. Very pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. 2nd vehicle we purchased from them.

So I had cash to purchase the QX56. However, Longo said it was sold. We drove by on our way to another dealer and it was still there. 5 days after my inquiry. Thanks for letting us know you didn't actually sell the car but had a contract. That might have helped in a situation where you have a top credit applicant. Another dealership (sports&imports) told us that the vehicle we were interested in was not available but check out everything else we have. My wife was very unhappy driving by your dealership every day with a car she wants unavailable but sitting on the lot.

That vehicle was bought and paid for. Customer asked us to keep it on the lot for them till they returned from vacation.
