The communication was very poor. In the end Im glad I didnt purchase the care. The dealership does not seem reliable and the car wasnt a good investment. It would have been a complete waste of my money.

Courtney you know that is not true. We can track every email, text and phone call and we had 6 phone calls with with you, 5 phone calls with your mother, and 2 phone calls with you with your father. We sent you two emails and 15 text messages. Your mother booked an appointment for your father to be here at 11:30 and he did not show up till 12. He looked at the vehicle but because he did not have drivers license he was not legally allowed to test drive the car because we could not make him a permit out. You wanted to go through and buy it anyway, after WE could tell your mother was not 100% WE were the ones who suggested for your father to come back Monday with his drivers license and test drive the car and NOT to purchase it that day. How many dealerships suggest waiting to buy a vehicle after a customer has already offered to pay cash for the vehicle? We are honest and upfront with every customer and the fact that you say we are not reliable just doesn't not make sense. If we were unreliable we would have just took your money when you offered to buy the car then and there instead WE told you to wait till the following Monday when your father could test drive the vehicle. The person the bought the vehicle loves it and is enjoying it by the way. We tried calling today to discuss this and we would still like to figure out why you would leave this review because it simply makes no sense. Our number is 828-633-6555.
