As the owner of two Toyota vehicles, my past experience with customer service at this shop has not been the best. This visit for routine Toyota Care service was a noticeable improvement. My appointment was to locate a "fluid leak" under front end of my Sienna. The guys got me right end, diagnosed the problem, believe they fixed the problem & recommended that I come back in 500-1000 miles to verify the fix. All this at no cost. Granted I did have a major repair done back in October 2021 by Lithia. I do appreciate the "courtesy vehicle inspection". JR

Wiper motor was not getting water to windshield. They wanted over $100 to inspect and diagnose. When I got back home took to local toyota dealership who diagnosed and replaced fuse which was problem. Had to drive over 2000 miles to get home not being able to wash windshield until stopping for gas. Not cool.

Very rude and not helpful at all. They also lied to us about the amount of tread left on the tires, then stating they wouldnt rotate bc thats theyre policy with low tread. Truly awful experience.

If you go to lithia you'll have to take it back 2 or 3 times. Very lazy work. Had to get the alignment done twice and still forgot to recalibrate the sensors.
