Love the pick up and delivery service. Service agent Curt is always very helpful. Completed service quickly and efficiently as alwaysjust one thing that wasn't fix was the mirror ratcheting because they couldn't replicate it at the time. When it was delivered home and I put it in the garage and closed the mirror, there it was.. I was told it might be weather related. But I don't think so as it does it all the time for me.

Emily was very courteous and quick to send help to my house. My battery was absolutely dead and serviceman Jeremy came out promptly and replaced the battery. Both Emily and Jeremy mentioned that a trickle charge device might be helpful to look into because I really don't drive the car very often. Nice work!

Went to Lithia Ford for an alignment and a month later it was unaligned again. Got the alignment warrantied and they said I had somehow broken my car over the past month and they couldn't fix the alignment so they returned it to me still unaligned. Brought my car somewhere else and they fixed the alignment without any issues.

We thought we needed to get new brake pads on our pickup. The technicians measured and found that they still have 6% on them and generally do not replace them until at 3% so we have a few more thousands of miles and months of use from the current pads and they did not charge us anything for this visit.
