I Had my car brought in by my mom as I was out of state, and she had nothing but good things to say about Lipton service. she really liked the fact that you took her home and picked her back up when the car was done. As for me I was told in December by another Toyota dealer that both my front and back brakes needed to be replaced which turn out not to be the case. Good to shop around these days.

As always, easy way to make my appointment online and phone follow up, receiving email/text reminders and greeted on time at Lipton. Awesome waiting area. Only one suggestion and that is personal preference: I would love it if they had the barista available on Saturdays.

My appointment was at 7:30, so I get there early? As I looked around, I was the 3rd car. I noticed the surrounding intake area was filthy, with papers flying around, and very dusty. So I asked one of the guys ( does anyone clean the area) he laughed and went along his way). By then was 7.30 and everyone started to work.

I have no issue with Lipton's service and as usual they were polite and competent. My only complaint has nothing to do with their mission but the location of the dealership. There is nothing attractive in the area and it's too far by public transportation to go home and return several hours later. Sadly, they can do anything about it.

Most dealerships Do They begged me to come in in person to negotiate promise to me they can meet certain prices if I just came in person which each and every time they did not meet they played many deceptive games and practices they had price quotes all over the map different stories with their cars the car was here and there and in the shop very deceptive and deceitful I would never go back

It is nice that they offer weekend services, both Saturday and Sunday, but to offer customers nothing but vending machine snacks is pretty cheap of them. But my service advisor was honest, told me I didnt need all the work I thought I needed, only did what was necessary (only tire rotation).

much mofre better than HOLLYWOOD. they sold me the car for 17.000 3 years ago. now thew car is rated at 10.000 i think they scammewd me. also never porovide servive to me. rejeted to do my reecals year by year they only call to keep selliung me but LIPTON IS GOURGEOS.
