Transmission trouble, towed in and left for analysis. Parts had to come from Detroit, then drop/repair/re-install and test drive. Fortunately I had a loaner (2023 Escape) that they delivered to me so that I had transportation. Everyone -- from phone receptionist to service manager to loan/rental coordinator -- were very polite and professional. My car is running like new.

I had a 9:00 appointment for the works package (oil change, etc.) I dropped my car off and did not receive my car until the next day. It seems that even though I have an appointment, my car is pushed to the end of the line since I dropped it off for service. This also was the case in my last service, but not to this extent.

The service at Liberty Ford Aurora is unacceptable. Had to go back several times for them to correct issues. That shouldve been done the first time there seems to be a problem with their service department, and their mechanics seem to be very unexperienced never going back

I had a great experience with Liberty Ford! They brought the truck almost 40 miles to allow me to test drive it and have it inspected by my mechanic. The brought it back after the sale and took my trade in back to their dealership. I found a couple of issues on the truck and they had no problem getting it fixed at another nearby Ford dealership.

They were able to accommodate me with a rental, which I appreciate so much. Because I had to get to work myself. Im really bad with names, so forgive me.
