Recently purchased a 2020 Honda from Lia Honda. After driving the car approx. 1,000 miles, I felt there was an odd noise upon braking. Took the car to the service center and explained my concerns. The car was looked at and the problem fixed at no charge. The service area was bright and airy and the personnel was courteous and attentive. Three cheers to the service department.

Work completed as promised. Service area & waiting room were clean. Service advisor was very friendly & informative. I got 4 new tires but the alignment machine was broken so I could not get an alignment. I had to take it elsewhere; which wasn't as convenient, but it was less expensive!

My tires had the same pressure in the same tires after getting an alignment and rotation done, I called the dealer to complain about this and they said it was just the monitor that needed to be reset. Even after resetting the pressure was exactly the same and I had to fill air at a gas station so I wonder if the alignment or the rotation was really done.

Service advisor Jon Ayala was great he went over what i wanted done to the car and gave me the cost up front and the work I should considor for my next visit and the Time it would take for the repairs and car was returned to me in the time bracket. Great dealing with Him at Honda.

It was not a good experience being that none of the services I went in for were completed and for the fact that they waited until after I dropped my car off and went home to tell me they couldnt complete an oil change because they didnt order the filter needed for my vehicle even though they had prior knowledge of what I was coming in for and what vehicle I had.

Although I requested a tire rotation - again - as per my maintenance schedule, the service tech refused to do it, citing an even wear on all tire treads. Not happy........ The intake person did offer me a reduced price for an alignment which I did appreciate, hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

Lia Honda replaced my fuel pump as part of a recall, then broke the float that regulates the fuel gauge. Had to return the following week because the gauge was stuck on FULL. When they fixed it, they returned the car with the tank COMPLETELY EMPTY. I had to escalate just so they could add gas to my tank which was FULL when I gave it to them. Ill never return to this service department.

Lia Honda aggressively tries to sell people services they don't need. The representative tried to convince me that my brand new 2022 CR-V needed a wheel alignment at only 8,000 miles. The "report" they gave me was for another vehicle (it literally said it was a 10 year old kia on the form) and it was probably fake. I won't be back.

The service representative suggested I change brake and other fluids which were due at 2 years or 30,000 miles when the car was only 23 months and @ 17,500 miles. Seems to me that was premature, even though I went ahead and did the service as recommended. Of course, 70% of the bill was labor.
