The work done on the car was good. The customer service after the work was completed was lacking. After waiting over 3 hours for the service to complete and paying for the service, I had to wait another 45 minutes for my car to be pulled up so I could leave.

I had an excellent experience at Lexus of West Kendall. I only needed an oil change, and I was able to take advantage of a price promotion. The mechanic videoed his multi-point inspection of many parts of my auto, and sent that to me, which was very nice to see. The waiting lounge is spacious and quiet, and has a nice coffee machine. I've taken my Lexus there for all of its service since I've owned it, seven years.

I had to wait 20 minutes even though l had an appointment. There was only one service writer working to receive all vehicles when l arrived. In my opinion there should have been more people on the clock to receive incoming vehicles for service. I expected more from Lexus than l received.

They still need to make improvements to offer better service to their customers, rather than focusing solely on upselling. While the location and service center are excellent, the pricing is not. They charge an additional 3% fee when service invoices are paid by credit card, on top of other shop and miscellaneous fees added to the bill.
