I had to wait 20 minutes even though l had an appointment. There was only one service writer working to receive all vehicles when l arrived. In my opinion there should have been more people on the clock to receive incoming vehicles for service. I expected more from Lexus than l received.

They still need to make improvements to offer better service to their customers, rather than focusing solely on upselling. While the location and service center are excellent, the pricing is not. They charge an additional 3% fee when service invoices are paid by credit card, on top of other shop and miscellaneous fees added to the bill.

Poor customer service, need to improve communication skills when informing customer of services needed on vehicle repair, dealer tried to sale me a new tire to replace an existing tire that had a flat, instead of applying a patch to fix the problem, their service techinician said that the tire was no good

The car was damaged by the service personnel. The glove compartment door was punctured. I Spoke to the manager who refused to take responsibility . I brought the car in after my personal detailing where there was no damage. I yet have to speak to senior management about this incident.
