Had scheduled appt a week in advance to get my second key synchronized. After the car was dropped off, 2 hours later I get notified that they need to order a key and the car won't be ready until the next day. This was an extreme inconvenience and total disregard of my time, and very poor organizational and management of Lexus service.

The service writer, Matt, was great to work with and kept me well informed during the repair. My issue was with the fact that the parts that are installed by service are marked up from MSRP by 30%. Really, a Lexus dealer marking up the Lexus MSRP of parts by 30%! That is price gouging. I was provided with the Service Manager's contact info and I called, left a message and received no call back and it is now over a week.

I'm not sure what they did. There was no explanation. I asked about a rubbing sound from drivers side rear that had been occurring at low speed breaking since I got the car. They said they couldn't recreate the sound even though it happens every time I stop at the corner of my street.

I called before the service was done but I don't like how he tried to get me to have to pay for something that I hadn't come in for.

took care of the required service however, when I dropped off my care I asked the service person to call me if anything else needed to be done and instead she text me which I could not answer her back since I had several questions.
