Easy to make the appointment. Greeted upon arrival. Appointment took a long time. Went in for standard oil change/tire rotation, 2 hours later was told I needed new tires. Agreed to new tires. Service person came out 2 hours later and said it would be an additional 45 minutes. When spending almost $1500 I would expect the car wash to be made a priority, so that was a disappointment.

Car when in for oil change and tire rotation and windshield wiper blades. When it wasnt returned same day I called next am. John said car would be back later that day on nothing came up on 125 point inspection. I specifically asked him if tires had been checked. He said they were ok. Later called and said I needed 2 tires. I said ok and didnt get my car for another day. 3 days after return had to add air to new tires. Ty
