Mike and Jody and Roger we wonderful. Very good customer service. Jody explained everything to us when we picked up the car. She also call before our car was being worked on. She explained which services were covered on our warranty We really enjoy having Jody working with us. The mechanic zack Cox did a great job with our car.

Had to leave car over weekend. Went to pick up and drive chain cover was noted for caution, also front shocks were also noted for caution. All else seemed okay. Next check up those two items will be checked again and also all parts will be checked again.

I loved my 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited but Lexus of Cool Springs was nice to offer me a good number for it on a trade for a 2021 Lexus 300h ES with the Ultra Luxury Package.
So far I believe this the best car Ive ever owned! Maybe the best Sedan on the market? 43 - 44 MPG right off the lot!

It had been raining but they washed the car anyway. I think they fixed my windshield wiper problem. I have not had to use them since the service. Provided most of the previous maintenance records for the car but not much detail.
I'll take it back for my oil change in about 6 months.

Lexus Cool Springs is the best on the planet! If you do not own a Lexus, you are missing out on all of the benefits and exceptional service that comes with the Lexus ownership !! I would not consider driving any other vehicle brand based on my Lexus experiences!! Absolutely love my Lexus - and I am a Lexus customer/fan for life !!

The battery was supposedly checked on Dec 4. Just a week later, the battery was then determined to be bad. Makes me wonder if they even checked the battery. The battery was an 84 month battery that only lasted 27 months. Was extremely disappointed that I still had to pay $118 for a new battery.

Is exactly what we were looking for, so contacted dealers internet specialist, then drove 120 miles to inspect & drive vehicle. Every aspect of our experience with this dealership was exceptional. We purchased this car and felt great about the entire transaction, unlike most previous car deals in my life.

The repair was done correctly and in a timely manner, and the staff was very accommodating. However, there is a quality issue with the door actuators on this 2013 Lexus GX 460, and the last door actuator replaced on this same door only lasted two years. This repair can be performed for hundreds less for DIY mechanics, but this is not an easy repair. For this 2013 Lexus GX, this is the 6th bad actuator to be replaced. Four in my 2010 Lexus GS350, and six in this 2013 Lexus GX 460.

We took the car in for a suspension noise thats very distinct and reproducible. They removed some sunglasses from the console and said it was all good. Its not all good and we are still dealing with the problem.
