I've always received good service there, but I liked the way Glenn kept me apprised of all that was going on. I liked the loaner vehicle so much that I was tempted to buy a new one, but since I just put a lot of money into the repairs of my old car (and my sentiment about it), I'll postpone that for a while. In any case, the service was excellent under the difficult circumstances of the remodeling process.

The service was excellent. I liked that it was washed and inside was vacuumed. Time and tread wear will tell about the alignment. They were honest and up front about the cost of new tires which I'll be needing soon. Overall, at this point in my ownership of this Lexus and dealing with this Dealer, I am well pleased.
