Oil change, good. During tire rotation tech said he found 3 bad ball joints. Called a later with quote, $2800. This isn't our 1st truck....We got a 2nd opinion at tire shop. They said the ball joints are fine, 1 had a little grease from over greasing it, he wiped it off and said everything was fine and tight. This is our 1st poor experience at Lawley, prior to this, we loved them.

Everything that needed service was accomplished. However, I was told that the service should take 3-5 hours. The car was dropped off at 8:30 AM and I didn't receive it back until nearly 5:30 PM. No explanation was given for the extreme difference in time.

Started off with a glitch! Bluelink does not talk directly to a dealership in co-ordinating your appointment. They have to pull them from the website even though you get a reply via email. They still accepted the appointment to service my car. After that mostly on the spot for the service

The collision shop did a great job of matching the color of my vehicle while repainting the panel near the gas tank opening. I received a call in 2 days to come pick it up. I was accommodated with shuttle rides upon leaving and returning. Thanks Lawley team!

I think it is poor service when you schedule an appointment for an oil change that you have to wait 3 hours. No where else do you schedule an appointment and the time is not honored. No accommodation given if you're coming from out of town. Staff used to be friendly but now seem stressed out all the time.

Had to replace the front struts on a 2017 GMC Sierra Denali with 40,000 miles. It cost almost $2200 for a vehicle averaging less than 6,000 miles a year of driving, most of it around town. Not happy with the quality of the GMC vehicle.
