We were greeted and immediately waited on. We left the Blazer so they could see what the issue was and had a couple of calls updating us on the status of the service. Since it was during the holidays, they went and picked up the needed parts to get us on the road. Wonderful service and staff.

I was told by phone and Carfax listing that the vehicle was available so I had a family member to go and check out the car. However, When my family member arrived she was later told that the car had sold a week ago. They explained that it had not been removed from their system. My 2021 Yukon Denali went in for its first oil change. 3 days after, oil leaking on to driveway. Take it back in to get rectified, Im told it was a crimped seal, 1 week later more oil leaking and message system has warning of low oil. Take back, Im told this time the oil filter wasnt tightened, they finally get it right. Will never go back to Larry Puckett, will have to find a new dealership.

It was the worst experience Ive ever had with Larry Puckett. I tried to fix my exhaust (it was still under warranty)he heard the noise and they told me to come back when it got worst. Soo thats what I did and Lewis lied about not hearing when you can clearly hear it. And we waited another two weeks to fix it. Before we sold the car the noise started back up so it was never fixed. Never will be buying a car from there again
