Bad experience customer service skills was the worst ever. They called the police on us. Fred the salesman was pushy and didnt have a clue about the car he trying to sell. I regretted buy this car from this dealership. Its sad the car is really nice car but the people that sold it to me was rude and nasty

The price they mentioned is $16K, It was way high than the CARFAX or KBB quoted price ($13K). Requested them for KBB price atleast. But they are not ready to reduce beyond $15.5K so I didn't go further in this deal as I need to pay $2500 extra than the neutral price for the car.

Landmark was a great dealership to work with when I bought my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia from them. Fred was my main contact and he was very accommodating. The car was listed significantly under market on Carfax, probably because of a weird iridescent, color changing vinyl wrap that the previous owner had applied to the exterior. But I went to check it out anyway because it was the model I wanted. The wrap turned out to be even more visually challenging in person than it appeared in the listing photo. But otherwise I really liked the car. Fred let me take it home to show to my wife and she agreed with me that the wrap was a deal breaker. I did a search online and found out the wrap removal would cost me anywhere from $1k to $3k, but nobody would give me a firm quote without seeing the car. I texted back to Fred that I couldn't buy the car with that wrap on it and I was bringing it back. As I was driving back to Landmark Fred texted me that they would remove the wrap, clean off the adhesive, and polish the paint for $1k. I crossed my fingers and said sold.Fred brought in their team of detailers and had three guys work for 8 hours to complete the wrap removal. Fred even sent me a video of the car as it was nearing completion to share his relief that the original paint was flawless. The closing process went very smoothly. I declined the extended warranty but I did opt for a ceramic protective paint coating and interior fabric treatment, both at a very competitive price compared to some additional online research of other shop prices. When I went back to pick up my plates Fred handed me a check refunding me the difference between their estimated registration fee and the actual paid to the state, and also a receipt for the free oil and filter change they threw in for me. I would recommend Landmark to anyone looking for a pre-owned luxury or performance car. The staff is great and the business model is very congenial. I'm now driving my dream car with a positive memory of the purchase process.
