This time around, I was disappointed in how they handled my sunroof closing. Duct taped shut! Told me I need a whole new roof, parts not available. Not what OEM Ford parts says or aftermarket suppliers. Job was rushed and costly. Unusual for this dealership. Too bad...

I loved the tech that came out. I did not like that he was able to complete the recalls on my car. Not any fault to him. The computer would not do the recall. I need to bring my car in to do the recalls and this was what I did not want to do.
