Waited for over 2 hours for an oil change. And then the tech "reset" my tire pressures to "factory psi". My car tire psi is supposed to be 35 psi. The tech set them to 31 psi. Couldn't understand why the drive home sounded so strange. Then to top it off, they charged me a 3% surcharge for using a credit card and not paying in cash. Last time I do an oil change there.

The next morning after an oil change there was a huge puddle of oil under the car. After taking the car back in, we were told the "O-ring on the oil filter was bad". Interesting. No leak prior to the oil change so did the O-ring go bad from the oil change?

Service and work by all at Krieger was great, but again with another dead battery I think it is our 4th with this 2022 ford escape hybrid titanium, not sure if its a ford issue with their batteries or something with the car that is causing the issues, all I can say is it is a good thing there is no spare tire as this leaves mo room to store a battery jump pack. other then this issue the Escape is a excellent automobile.

I picked up my vehicle in June from the body shop, who had it for six weeks. It had a flat tire. No alignment was performed. But it had been detailed and washed quite nicely.
Given one star because of the tire and, obviously don't have the record straight.

I also wanted a front plate bracket, but Tom said it was back ordered. So I came back in a week and talked to the man in parts and ordered it. When it came in on 07-14-25, Rick took care of getting it installed. All round great service!!!! Thank you very much!!!!
