I brought my 2006 Pontiac Solstice Convertible in for a Battery Replacement. On these models the battery is against the firewall and a small fender needs to be removed Kingman Chevrolet did a great job and the fender was properly realigned. Service department was terrible, would never call back or give updates. Once they decided to work on vehicle it was fixed properly but the communication and length of time to repair was over 3 weeks. Even though the part took a long time to arrive once it did arrive they still waited another week to just get the repair done. No communication.

The worst they said they could not figure out what was wrong with the car until they replaced the fuel pump because we bought from o' reilys and that would cost 644, and they said it was just create a base line not fix car. I had it towed to another mechanic and he found out that it was a fuse a 60 dollar fix

Service Advisor Brad and Joe are awesome. They really care about the customer. The service tech Blaine is very knowledgeable. Always going above and beyond to make sure car is fixed right. These three are the reason I will continue to take my car there for service.

Was told it would take 2 hours to complete and it took A LOT longer. I wish I could remember his name one of the guys was extremely nice the younger one was rude and acted as if I was wasting his time. Since I have no other options for recalls I just hope in the future the service it a little better.

I contacted them about the price on a Camaro and to ask what trim level it was. They quickly got back to me with the information. I didn't buy from them since the Camaro wasn't what I was looking for but will keep them in mind when I am shopping for our next vehicle.
