Very helpful staff from Kia. Samson went out of his way to give me options and Im still trying to figure out the car purchase. Carfax had the price on the website incorrect and the asking price from KIA was almost double what carfax advertised. That was pretty disappointing and the main reason why I wasnt able to purchase the Volvo yet.

Appointment was originally just for recall for theft deterrent and I added oil change. Upon further inspection front brakes were needed. All services were completed in under 3 hours.

They weren't helpful at all. Didn't seem like they wanted to help. The property is very small and crowded, I'm surprised customers can actually look at their vehicles since they're all bunched together.

Paid service fee to install headlights already bought. Four hours of my life i will never get back. Removed bumper to install lightbulbs. Service person was useless. I will stick with north austin dealer.

Excellent! Brett Pelkey listened to what I needed. Reviewed everything with me and arranged all the work I wanted completed. Time estimate was as described. The work was done on time and completed as agreed. I had been using Round Rock Kia and South Austin Kia is closer. I was very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and quality of the work! All my service will now be done at South Austin Kia.

Service agents were arguing when we arrived. If a new car pulled up they all pretended to be busy so they wouldn't have to greet the customer. Did not discuss results of the inspection, no paperwork given outlining results either, eg. remaining brake life. We had specifically asked for a rear wiper replacement and it was noted on receipt but no one approached to discuss replacing it while the car was there.

was there 4 hours for service which included tire rotation. when I got the car back, I got in and the air pressure light was on. all the tires were different PSI. the person who drove it back should have seen the indicator light on. I called them and they said that was supposed to be part of the service. i had to do it myself. will be going back to the North location in the future.

Like night and day! I had a not-great experience a few months ago, and I'm not sure what changed, but it was a pleasure from drop off to pick up. I brought my car in for recalls, and they arranged for a Lyft to take me home and drive me back. Also, my car was ready almost to the minute of when they said it would be! Pretty impressive experience overall.

Dropped off my car to take care of several recalls on my vehicles. Never got in touch with me, no way to talk to anyone in service. According to the receptionist, "there's only one person in the service department, so I'm just taking messages." Showed up to pick up my car at the end of the day. They couldn't find it (!), and when they did, nothing had been done, since they'd apparently "sent home" my service technician that morning.

They were short handed so I did not voice frustration because I know certain labor markets are struggling, but they forgot to put air in my tires even though it was clearly listed on the work order. Scheduled appointment oil change at 7am took almost 3 hours. Lobby was eerily quiet until 9am when they turned the music on.

Engine needed to be replaced due to Manufacturers recall,running ok . But now the A/C doesn't work ,it eas working PERFECT when I took it in . After calling the Service tech he said je forgot to mention to me that the A/C hose was leaking.!! Gonna call back and talk to Service Manager.

They contact me and once I asked about the prize if its included the title transfer and all they created that lie that the car had a problem and they had to take it off market and send it to the auction, surprise that a coworker of mine is looking for a car as well and he asked about it after a couple of days and they told him its available and all good. Not a good experience.

Both the salesperson and the sales manager were very friendly. The salesperson did not pressure us but tried to answer all of our questions. The sales manager tried to work out a deal on a new car but it was difficult to get what we wanted in the price range we were looking for. We gave the dealership 4 out of 5 because they failed to disclose in their ad that the car smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.
