I brought my car in for maintenance, however they did not have me on the schedule. It seems that I forgot to hit complete when I was scheduling the appointment. Johnny Belliza was the technician that greeted me, and he told me that since I was there, my car would be serviced. I left for work and my vehicle was ready just a couple of hours later. The customer service is always top notch.

The Customer Service Advisor took extra steps to make me feel appreciated as a customer, and took extraordinary care on how I was going to travel during the week my car was going to be fixed (she went out of her way and found me a car that I could use during the week that my car was been fix).
I'm extremely happy with the service provided by that particular dealership..

Service was fine when I dropped off the vehicle, but my husband went to pick up the vehicle which took forever. The customer that was before him was irate because the customer service was so slow and disorganized. I know you have a newly designed service department so I encourage you to get an efficient practice in place. People don't have all day to wait for your team to get their act together. Thanks!

Car battery wouldn't turn over to start today, so after I used my home charger to start it. I called Key Hyundai to inform them that I coming in with a weak battery. They were waiting for me upon arrival and immediately took the car to the shop and replaced the battery. Being a Worry Free member, this was Free for me! I have transmission issue in which the techs states that they see and know that their is a transmission issue but because it does not return a computer code they are unwilling to fix and this has been since buying it brand new
I have other issues as well and there is a part supply problem and have been waiting for months with no idea when they can fix issues with gas door and tv display screen going blank

Good experience. Greated at car as I drove in, then welcomed by service advisor Jackie who had the work order ready for my service and off to the waiting area for coffee. Wait wasn't long and the car was done. Jackie thanked me for coming to Key and pointed to my car just outside the door and off I went! Now that the facility remodel is completed its very smooth process!

Suggestion: When someone asks if the service is something they can wait for, give them your best guess as to how long it will take. That way we can decide whether to drop off or wait.
Suggestion: Customers don't really care how you're doing, especially if you start to complain about how many shifts you had to work this week. Keep it professional.

ZERO STARS BECAUSE THIS SERVICE DID NOT HAPPEN. My wife and I were on Cape Cod on our honeymoon and we have the receipts to prove it. Filing a complaint with the BBB over Key Hyundai's inaction and failure to address the issues we've had since purchasing this vehicle from them.

Unfortunately, the experience was not impressive. Got car back and was driving and felt like I had a flat tire. Come to find out the service tech did not
tighten the lug nuts on one of the tires after rotating and it was quite loose.
It was an unsettling experience.

The service Advisor was excellent I believe is name was Jeff Badura and tag Number 4400 and he is very nice with the customers.
. I wish you had more people like him working there.

I no longer use Key Hyundai!! The problem is middle and upper management don't care!! They go thru motions but when it comes to communicate with the customer, they play the pass off game or just don't call you. I called the service rep., no return call. I called th GM, received no call back. All I wanted to know was a status of a painted part on order. Going on for the last two years. Stay away from these guys, not worth it!!

Service technicians nick and Jeff are wonderful 5 stars for them. For everything else 1 star you can go on google and see my review that I made of key Hyundai of Manchester. Also the detailing was sub par, I had to finish it melted lollipop in the center console and tape residue still all over from when the had to tape a plastic bag to the window for a week cause they lost the key.

Bought a used CRV for daughters 16 birthday. After a week of zero returned calls to confirm pickup for friday. I received a text message on Saturday to call dealership to be informed the car needed a transmission and had rust and wasnt safe for my daughter to drive therefore sorry. Total awful way to conduct business. Completely disappointing!! Should have read the yelp reviews before I went there. That was a complete joke!!

The employee at the service desk was very nice, but Hyundai needs to do more to train all of their employees on electric vehicles. He had limited knowledge which made me wonder how well trained were the technicians. I understand its all new, but it doesnt present well when customers know more than the employees. Its Hyundais responsibility to train their employees.

It takes forever to check your car in. The service writers have very little knowledge and expertise when it comes to electric cars. When I asked my service writer about this he said there was just too much information for them to learn. My service writer was also a little rude, I expect better treatment when I purchase an almost 60 thousand dollar car. They should have at least 1 service writer dedicated to electric cars.

They did rest my service counter on the car and they also did not give me a new sticker. The counter person had to go out and find my car because it was not it the front lot. The service person who checked me in was nice and explained why it would take so long to get my oil change but now I wonder if it was actually changed.
