Technician came out to our house to fix the door latches (a Ford recall), and messed up the doors so that one would not shut completely, and another door would not open. Kerry Ford had to take my car back to the dealership for 5 days for the work to be completed correctly. The car and doors are working fine now, but it took far too long for the job to be completed correctly.

It was a wonderful experience right up until I got my first loan statement and saw I was charged $200 for window etching. I never asked for that, was not informed of it in any way. Up until that point, I was happy with my experience and interaction with staff. Was very disappointed to learn they snuck in extra charges. I understand it's a business but shady practices really make me angry. Won't buy from them again.

My 2019 Ford Ranger would not start on a late Saturday morning. We had one more day in the hotel, all of the car rental services were booked or closed until Monday, and we were stuck in a restaurant parking lot. Kerry Ford helped us get a reliable tow, gave us a loaner car Monday morning, and also gave us priority service because we were out of town. We were heading home Monday afternoon. Very appreciative!

Made appointment weeks ahead of time and still wasn't ready. Customer service was good but I shouldn't have been charged for rental car because of a recall and not being done with car after weeks of advanced notice for appointment. Not happy I had to pay over 80dols for rentals when Ford should have covered cost.

Im still having issues with the part they fixed and actually made it worse than what it was before. Ive tried calling them so I can get the part looked at again but the technicians never pick up my calls. The people working at Kerry Ford are irritating and very unprofessional. They do not care about your vehicle and try to take the easy way out. I wish there was a way to give this place zero stars. Very unsatisfactory.

Initially brought my car in to have a recall done for the body control module. They damaged the new module 3 times had to replace it each time, took them an entire month. Then get my car back to find it not wanting to start, I took it back and they tore my entire interior apart just to end up finding out the neutral switch was faulty. I get my car back damaged, and they take another month to "fix" the damage with nothing even fixed. The leather was all ripped up, broken pieces, scratches on my p
