This is wierd because I did not have service done on this date. There must be some mistake or Ken Garff recorded this service but it was not done. There is a recall that needs to be done that has not been done yet. I am still waiting for the technician to get back to me to let me know when he can come out to complete the mobile recall service I was told 3 weeks ago.

I called for a service appointment. Spoke to a very nice and professional lady. I got an appointment for the next day. I was offered valet service to pick up my car at my home and deliver the car back to me, free of charge. The service team stayed in touch with me via text throughout the day. They let me know when the driver was on the way and arriving. Super nice service! My issues with my car were resolved completely. Loved it!

Great service department! My periodic service was done on time and provided me with a comprehensive overview of potential future concerns. They NEVER try to sell you services and repairs that are not necessary. The service department agents actually listen to your feedback and do a great job of keeping you informed of progress on your vehicle.

They never service my truck really bad service. I had an appointment 8:15 AM and then they said they never had time. I didn't know you could have an appointment and never get the stuff that supposed to be done to it.

The mechanics worked on my 2002 F-150 to fix the Check-Engine-Soon error (hole in PVC tube) using genuine Ford parts. The truck had a multi-point checkup which showed that my rear brakes were getting much too thin. They replaced the brake pads quickly and even washed the truck before returning it. It runs like a champ!

They didnt wanted to help with the recall of load capacity issue. Just simply blamed Ford manufacturer. When I bought my truck, they said my truck needs to be serviced every 10k. After first service they said 7k interval and now after 2nd service they said my truck needs to be serviced every 5k miles due to altitude. Im assuming next time they will say 3500k?

The salesman got all my info and needed my husband last 2 checkstubs .he said he had financing and just needed to send the checks stubs over to the bank and he would get back in touch with me . That was about 6 days ago and I have never heard back from him .

I took my vehicle to Ken Garff in American Fork for the 1st time. My Service Advisor was Savanah Rich, she was amazing, my appointment was around lunch time & Savanah let me know if would be about a hour. She kept me updated & my vehicle was ready in the time I was given, they even washed & vacuumed it. I'll definitely take my vehicle back for any service needed.
