The scheduling was simple and our service representative was very polite and helpful. Understanding he's just doing his job, we were quoted $800 for replacing an overhead light. My husband purchase one for $65 and replaced it. Also received a marked up price for tires. I would not take the car there or any dealer unless it was for a recall.

I scheduled an appointment which was pretty easy on their website. When I arrived I pulled in and waited about 10 minutes for someone to greet me or tell me what to do next. Repair took about 3 hours where I just got a text at the end telling it was done. Problem was half fixed. So now I need to go in again.

Got all set and signed the documents for car financing only to find out that the car needed to be fixed, they told me lugs was 4/5 incomplete and now they have to order from Chevrolet which could have been done before the car was even put to sale. Did you like the people who work there? But I am not happy that they did a transmission fluid flush which I did not need as I already had that done in November. They charged me for it but I have been able to get them to reimburse me for the service. If that changes, I will certainly change the rating
