Service was Great. The service manager, Kelly took my car right in. Told me it would be about 2 hours and that there was drinks and snacks in the waiting area. When the car was finished, Kelly came and got me and explained the work that was done. It only took 11/2 hours.

I contacted the Jenkins Hyundai service department yesterday to report this error, and I have NOT received a courtesy call back yet. The above mileage is NOT correct either. Someone elses car?? Jenkins repaired and replaced a leaky tire with same day, no appointment needed express service for a reasonable fee. I have always been satisfied with this dealers service and charges. Highly recommend. My only comment is that pleasantness and smiles are the apparent trade off for this efficiency.

The part that was replaced was installed incorrectly, returned again for them to correct, and then still did not reassemble everything correctly. The technicians do the absolute minimum to check the box on everything. I literally laughed at the one service advisor when he told me my tires were at 8/32 when they were really 3/32.

Had AC compressor replaced.Also oil changed and tire rotation. Great service, The service comes with an inspection and fluids topped off. Only complaint is after paying $1,100, I feel that all fluids should be replenished including windshield washer fluid which was not. Also very pricey. All in all Im very satisfied with the work performed.

The service department has horrible communication and no sense of urgency. You have to call to check on your car and stay on them until they finally do what youre paying them to do. The work they did wasnt thorough and I didnt feel very confident about it when I left. Usually Subaru dealers are on the ball but the run around and the excuses over multiple days was just incredibly disappointing.

I have ground effect lights under my car. When I was waiting at the dealership I was told that one of the wires for said lights was close to my steering and just to look out. Well I tried my lights that night and the strip on the drivers side now does not work. Plus they said they rotated the tires and they did not.

Was told it would be 20-30 minutes and it was over 45 minutes. There was not many people waiting until the 15 minute mark so they were not packed. Only complaint I have and only because I had somewhere to be within 2 hours of dropping off that was 30-45 minutes away so the double expected time left me nervously waiting after 40 minutes passed.
