My car wasn't accelerating as I drove, which is cause for alarm as I pulled out of my driveway. Called to see if this could be checked out that day? Geroge Franqui (my guy) was all over getting this checked out asap. A sensor had to be replaced, No charge.
As it has nearing oil change time, had that done as well. All in all a good day.

I had an appointment to have AC checked, the problem was found, part had to be ordered. I was given a nice luxury car until the part could be replaced. Jenkins service department staff goes above and beyond any service department I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. I highly recommend Jenkins of 0cala if you want to experience servicea at it best.

Everyone I talked to was polite and professional with a great attitude! On time, and sincerely nice. Also need to mention how nice it is in the waiting room, with water, coffee and snacks. However the best part of the service is the onsite cafe! Food is great and her service is even more amazing. Looking forward to my next service appointment.

Daughter took the car in for an free oil change and they said she needed $4600 of axle and tire work. So, we took it to our mechanic and only needed $1400 work of CV joints, tires, and brake work. They also tried to sell her a new car. Come on, just change the oil.

The service personnel are polite and professional. However, I am still waiting to be notified regarding the deterioration of the paint on the passenger door handles and the back area. The person in charge of this was off and I was told, she would be advised of the issue when she returned the following day???? Still waiting!

They do everything they can to accommodate.
Except... that they charge an extra 3% to use a credit card and I find that egregious - just when you need to charge something, because it's a big expense, they tag on 3% more. That should be part of THEIR business expenses - in my opinion.

This is the second time we have taken a car in for an oil change, which is something that doesn't take too much time. 1st time with 2020
Kona, picked it up for service at 9:30am and at 1:30pm I went to check the status nothing was done. Now we return with the 2023 Elantra and the same thing happens, after an hour 1 1/2 nothing done. They have to be more responsible/organize.

Jenkins Hyundai always does a great job taking care of us. My husband is a disabled veteran and gets around in public with a scooter. The lift for it is on our Genesis GV80, so we can't go very long without our car. Our Service Manager, Adam, goes above and beyond to make sure he gets the parts for us, in this case a new battery, asap and all the repairs done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this dealership and their team.

I got a call that there is an important recall for my car so I made an appointment at Jenkins. When I arrived, they told me there was no recall for my car. Thanks for the wasted time and gas! I got a good apology and an offer for a car wash, but really, Hyundai needs to get their act together regarding recalls and stop false alarms.

I work with the same service person, and he is very attentive, courteous and communicates what the current status is, periodically. The waiting area was very comfortable and was able to complete some work while waiting, as well as, catching some breakfast from the eatery. Was only approached once from sales, and that person was not pushy or aggressive, when I said I was not ready to make another car purchase investment.

Service forgot to rotate tires. Did not use extended service plan (which we have) for the oil change. They corrected it when I reminded them. Charged $75 for new wiper blades which is outrageous. I was very unhappy with the service and may just find a local franchise to change the oil and rotate tires in the future.
Jenkins service used to be very good, but not so any longer.
